Our client works within the Insurance sector and is one of the Global Leading companies. They’re on the search for a Support Analyst for functional support on TM1 and Oracle for the wider business who interact with the businesses finance function.
We’re looking for candidates with a TM1 background and ideally another experience with an additional CPM solution preferred to support other businesses, to customers of a specific product, or on an ad hoc basis.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and processing support calls
- Installing and configuring TM1 & Oracle components
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
- Solving any login issues problems
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving TM1 & Oracle faults
- Supervising junior engineering and technical staff
- Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
