Ella is a University of East Anglia graduate with a 2:1 in English Literature. During her studies, she was actively involved in the women’s rugby club and served as President in her final year, significantly enhancing the experiences of women in the rugby community.
With over six years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ella has developed strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. These versatile abilities position her well for success in the recruitment industry.
Self-motivated and aligned with Henderson Drake’s values, Ella is eager to apply her drive and determination to her career with us. In her free time, she enjoys rugby training, going to the gym, and designing textiles and clothing.
