Operations Director
The majority of Fred’s career has involved managing CPM and ERP professional services teams for software vendors and partners. During his tenure in these roles, he gained broad experience in project and lifecycle management of business systems.
In 2017, Fred joined Henderson Drake to assist in the development of service quality, which includes understanding the client’s technology and, most importantly, their specific requirements.
Outside work, when Fred is not spending time with his grandchildren, he enjoys cycling and other outdoor pursuits.
