Hayden completed his degree in Business and Management and decided to step into the recruitment industry, after 5 years of experience within customer service. He initially embarked on his recruitment career in the real estate sector before joining Henderson Drake, in November 2022.

Outside of work Hayden enjoys socializing with friends, watching films and his beloved Norwich City Football Club.
