Our role is to source the right candidates for our clients, whilst ensuring professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication throughout our service. In every sense, we consistently deliver the same responsive, proactive service and attention to detail; this applies to all clients, whether you are recruiting for an individual role or strategically expanding with an entire new team.

At the start of the process, we will assign you a consultant who will be your single point of contact within our business. They will be your representative in the field and take ownership of the process. At the same time, they will provide you with regular, consistent updates so you are always in control.

Scoping your requirements

Our first step is to understand more about you and your requirements. Together, we scope the technical skills you seek and define the interpersonal skillset that will add the most value to your team. We hire our consultants for their business acumen so they can add value to these conversations.

Candidates with the right technical skills and cultural fit

We pride ourselves on our ability to make the introductions the rest of the market is blind to, and to source candidates with the precise skillsets required for every role. Every candidate is assessed for technical competence by an EPM Practice Manager and, where appropriate, a Certified Anaplan model builder – who is now a Director of our business. Equally as important, we listen to what drives each candidate, to ensure they are the right cultural fit.

The result of our rigorous selection process is that our candidate shortlists feature only the select individuals who are right for the role.

Well-briefed candidates

We thoroughly brief all candidates selected for interview, so they come prepared with a firm understanding of the role and what is required. Successful candidates are meticulously prepared, so they land ready to deliver on objectives from day one.

Additional post-engagement services

Once you have selected your candidate, we offer you, with no obligation, additional services on engagement. We also provide quarterly market updates and periodic sample CVs so you can understand current market conditions.
